Our Services
NDIS
We provide tailored exercise prescription for clients with a wide variety of disabilities. We aim to empower people to achieve their health goals, increase their independence and most importantly improve their quality of life!
Department of Veterans Affairs
We are registered to provide Exercise Physiology services to DVA card holders
Medicare
We are registered to provide services under Medicare EPC or CDM referrals for those with chronic health conditions or injuries.
Workers Compensation
If you have suffered a workplace injury, we can assist you in your rehabilitation, and ensure you are fit and ready to safely return to work. We offer a comprehensive initial assessment, and ongoing sessions in a gym-based environment.
CTP
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, we can assist you in your rehabilitation, and support you in your return to work and normal living.
Private Health
Need assistance with an exercise program, aches and pains, niggling injuries or a chronic health condition? We can help you! And, you may be eligible for rebates through your private health insurer.
